We need to confirm your identity before sending royalty payments in order to prevent fraudulent activity.
Our one-time identity check only takes a few minutes, and once you’re verified, you’ll be able to receive unlimited royalty payments from us without any more checks in the future.
In most cases, your identity check will take only take a few minutes to be approved. However, if you're identity check is unsuccessful, it will need to be manually checked by our team. This can take up to 72 working hours.
If your identity check is unsuccessful & you haven't heard from us in 72 working hours, please contact us
