What are your artwork specifications?

We closely work with all the stores that we send your music to. We strive as much as possible to maintain very high quality as regards the artwork we send to these stores.


To make sure it's accepted, your artwork must adhere to the following formatting rules:


  1. File format must be .jpg or .jpeg
  2. Image size must be a minimum of 3000x3000 pixels and a maximum of 8000x8000 pixels. (Recommended size of 4096 x 4096 pixels)
  3. The image must be in a square format. Rounded or disc type designs will not be accepted.
  4. The artwork file size must be no larger than 3Mb.
  5. Do not upscale images
  6. Resolution of 300 DPI if possible, however, we accept 72 DPI and above.
  7. Only include the text of the artist name and release name, or an image with no text. Any other text such as website addresses, mailing lists, social media links, etc will not be accepted by the stores.
  8. Do not include parental advisory or explicit content icons even if your release has explicit language.
  9. Your artwork may also be rejected if it features graphic explicit content.
  10. Note: Images that do not meet the guidelines, or do not meet our presentation standards, may be removed. Only upload photos you have legal authorization to share.No advertisements for content (for example, “Includes DVD” or “Includes Lyrics”)
